I'm good at forgetting that we live in the same general area.

To be honest, this satisfied so many of my needs. It’s a comfortable car-height truck that can easily tow the Miata and seat four.  All I’d do is figure out how to swap in the OBD2 system from a late-’90s E-series or F-150 and rock it!

Considering that I’ve never shared my address on here, I don’t know if I should be impressed or terrified if I get a check in the mail.

I’m havin g trouble remembering. Were you in school here at Lehigh or something like that?

Yeah I went to Lehigh. Also my grandparents lived in Allentown so I spent a good amount of time there growing up besides living in the area for four years

I thought it was something like that. It's a pretty good area. I grew up in the LV, moved to NC for 5 years and then moved back.

Nice!! Yeah, I liked it well enough but the Pacific Northwest is just where I belong and it took going someplace else for a bit for me to realize that.

Although I have a good friend from Lehigh who still lives there and bought a house with a six car garage/shop(he actually bought the place from the sloppy mechanics guy) for a very reasonable amount of money so the area certainly has some advantages for the car enthusiast over the PNW. I sent him this ad with the instructions ‘buy it. ’ I mean why not? He has a six car garage that’s already got plenty of cool weird shit in it.

I spent a few weeks in Oregon when I was 21. I loved it, but I don't think I could move that far away from my family.

My family’s all over the place but my parents are in Portland and most of my close friends. Made some good friends in college too but most of them live in NYC and I just could not do that.

With the exception of a few cousins, both sides of my family are in PA. And I could also never deal with a place like NYC, but the Lehigh Valley is a much more reasonable living situation.

Man I just like green too much, and skiing, and driving, and camping to live someplace where it’s a major production to see green(central park don’t count) or do any of those things. And my rent in a small city(Bellingham) out here where it’s still considered kinda high for a generous one bedroom with a two car garage is cheaper than my friends are paying for studios in New York, although it’d be even better in PA probably besides downtown Philly or Pittsburgh .
